DELIVERY TIMES AND ORDERING INFORMATION
DELIVERY TIME
We undertake to prepare and dispatch your order within 24 to 48 hours. Once handed over to the carriers, delivery generally takes between 15 and 19 working days. We ship from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
At present, the products offered on our site, dedicated to the Wednesday addams dress, are shipped from our international sites for global delivery. Delays may occur due to customs, which vary from country to country.
Delivery delays may also be caused by various factors beyond our control, such as :
Conflicts or strikes
Weather conditions
Peak periods (e.g. holiday season)
Large or bulky items
Carrier errors
In the event of such incidents, we undertake to keep you informed.
Note: Customs delays are not our responsibility. We will do our utmost to deliver your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our products.
INACCURATE ADDRESS AND DISCLAIMER
It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide an accurate address. We cannot change the address once the order has been processed or shipped. In the event of an error, we are not responsible for shipments to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
If the package is returned to us, an exchange or refund may be considered.

Delivery is free in UK and abroad, with no minimum purchase or specific conditions.

Your order can be tracked via our website using your order number and e-mail address. In the event of access problems, our customer support team is available to help you.
ORDER NOT RECEIVED
